We hope you love your Being bedding. But if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns of any bedding that has been used or laundered.
2. RETURN
To start a return, please email us at hi@being.supply with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be sent to the following address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
