Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on its way.

 

2. SHIPPING PROCESSING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, or other carriers. All orders above $149.00 include free standard shipping with estimated delivery in 3-5 business days within the continental US. Orders below $149.00 will be charged accordingly to the shipping rates below. 

 

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

3.1. Standard shipping rate with estimated delivery within 3-5 business days is up to $14.99, depending on the destination.

3.2. Two-days shipping rate with estimated delivery within 2 business days is up to $14.99, depending on the destination.

3.3. Express overnight shipping rate with estimated delivery within 1-2 business days  is up to $14.99, depending on the destination.

Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii may differ and will be determined at the checkout.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of the US at this time. 

5. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Learn more about return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@being.supply with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
